Who can participate as a referrer?
Both questers and experts can participate in the referral program. However, you must have a fully verified Stripe Connect account before you can create a referral link.
Who can be referred?
Only experts can be referred. When someone signs up as an expert using your referral link, you earn commission from their earnings.
How is the commission calculated?
You earn 5% of your referred expert's payout amount. The commission comes from CallPayMin's platform fee (20%), which is split into 15% for the platform and 5% for you as the referrer.
When do I receive commission?
Commission is calculated and credited to your referral balance whenever your referred expert requests a payout. You can withdraw your referral balance anytime.
What happens after 90 days?
The 90-day commission period starts from the date your referred expert signs up. After 90 days, you'll no longer earn commission from that expert's payouts.
Do I need to be an expert to refer others?
No! Both questers and experts can refer. As long as you have a verified Stripe account, you can participate in the referral program.
