When you sign up for CallPayMin, you'll choose between two payment modes: Self-Managed or Fully Managed. This decision affects how billing works for your users, how experts get paid, and your overall costs.
Choose Wisely
You can switch modes later, but it requires migration of user balances and payment settings.
Self-Managed Mode
In Self-Managed mode, you handle all billing and payouts. CallPayMin tracks usage and sends you webhook notifications, but you're responsible for charging customers and paying experts.
