  • Included Benefits: Priority expert routing, extended consultation minutes, and enhanced scheduling tools.

Renewal & Billing

  • β€’ Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • β€’ The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • β€’ Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • β€’ Pricing and plan details are available within the app and are subject to change with prior notice.

Managing or Cancelling

  • β€’ Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings β†’ [Your Name] β†’ Subscriptions on your device.
  • β€’ Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
  • β€’ You can request assistance at support@callpaymin.com for any billing or cancellation issues.

  • β€’90-Day Expiration: Credits must be used within 90 days from the date of account creation. Unused credits will expire and be automatically removed from your account after this period.
  • β€’Usage: Credits can be applied toward call fees, consultations, or any platform services during the validity period.
  • β€’Non-Transferable: Promotional credits cannot be transferred to another account, exchanged for cash, or refunded.
  • β€’One-Time Offer: This promotional credit is available only once per user. Creating multiple accounts to receive additional credits is prohibited and may result in account termination.

Earn by Referring: Share CallPayMin with others and earn commission when they join as Experts and generate revenue.

  • 1.Generate your unique referral code in your dashboard
  • 2.Share your referral link or code with potential Experts
  • 3.When they sign up using your code and start earning, you receive commission
  • 4.Commission is automatically calculated and added to your account

πŸ’΅ Commission Structure

  • β€’Rate: 5% of the referred Expert's earnings
  • β€’Duration: 90 days from the date the referred Expert completes their first paid call
  • β€’Expert Share: Referred Experts still receive their full 80% share; the 5% commission comes from the platform's portion
  • β€’Payout: Referral earnings are paid out weekly via Stripe Connect, subject to minimum payout thresholds

⚠️ Important Terms

  • β€’Self-referrals are prohibited. Creating multiple accounts to refer yourself will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earnings.
  • β€’CallPayMin reserves the right to review and verify all referrals for compliance with these Terms.
  • β€’Fraudulent referrals, spam, or misleading marketing practices will result in disqualification from the referral program and potential account suspension.
  • β€’CallPayMin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time with 30 days notice to active participants.
  • β€’Tax reporting for referral earnings is the responsibility of the referrer. CallPayMin will provide necessary tax documentation as required by law.

CallPayMin is strictly a professional services platform. Any adult content, sexual services, or inappropriate material is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • β€’Adult entertainment or sexual services of any kind
  • β€’Sexually explicit content, discussions, or materials
  • β€’Dating, escort, or companion services
  • β€’Content involving minors in any inappropriate context
  • β€’Any content that violates local, state, or federal laws

⚠️ Zero Tolerance Policy: Violations will result in immediate and permanent account termination, forfeiture of any pending payments, and potential legal action. We actively monitor for prohibited content and report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.

Termination Process

User-Initiated:

  • β€’ 30-day grace period for reactivation

  • β€’ Final payment processing

Platform-Initiated:

  • β€’ Notice provided when possible
  • β€’ Opportunity for appeal (non-legal violations)

  • β€’ Outstanding payments settled

Important: Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations and intellectual property restrictions.
