Welcome to CallPayMin
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CallPayMin platform, operated by CallPayMin LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using CallPayMin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Subscription Plans & Auto-Renewal
Available Auto-Renewable Subscription
- Plan Name: Pro Plan – Monthly
- Duration: 1 month (auto-renewing)
- Price: $49.99 USD per month (taxes may apply)
- Included Benefits: Priority expert routing, extended consultation minutes, and enhanced scheduling tools.
Renewal & Billing
- • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- • The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- • Pricing and plan details are available within the app and are subject to change with prior notice.
Managing or Cancelling
- • Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your device.
- • Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
- • You can request assistance at support@callpaymin.com for any billing or cancellation issues.
- • Refund requests are handled in accordance with Apple’s App Store policies.

Account Responsibilities

Refund & Dispute Policy
Refund Requests: Contact support@callpaymin.com within 24 hours of a transaction. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Dispute Investigation: All disputed transactions are thoroughly investigated. We review transaction logs, IP addresses, device information, usage history, and payment metadata before making a determination.
Fraudulent Disputes: Filing a false chargeback or fraudulent dispute is a violation of these Terms. Users who file chargebacks for legitimate transactions may have their accounts permanently suspended and may be reported to fraud prevention services.
Evidence Retention: We retain transaction records, login history, and usage data for dispute resolution purposes. This data may be shared with payment processors and financial institutions to contest fraudulent chargebacks.
No Refunds After Service Use: Once services have been used (calls completed, credits consumed), refunds are not available except in cases of technical failure on our platform.
Promotional Credits and Referral Program
Signup Bonus Credit
$10 Welcome Credit: New users (both Questers and Experts) receive a $10 promotional credit upon creating their account.
- •90-Day Expiration: Credits must be used within 90 days from the date of account creation. Unused credits will expire and be automatically removed from your account after this period.
- •Usage: Credits can be applied toward call fees, consultations, or any platform services during the validity period.
- •Non-Transferable: Promotional credits cannot be transferred to another account, exchanged for cash, or refunded.
- •One-Time Offer: This promotional credit is available only once per user. Creating multiple accounts to receive additional credits is prohibited and may result in account termination.
Referral Program
Earn by Referring: Share CallPayMin with others and earn commission when they join as Experts and generate revenue.
How It Works
- 1.Generate your unique referral code in your dashboard
- 2.Share your referral link or code with potential Experts
- 3.When they sign up using your code and start earning, you receive commission
- 4.Commission is automatically calculated and added to your account
Commission Structure
- •Rate: 5% of the referred Expert's earnings
- •Duration: 90 days from the date the referred Expert completes their first paid call
- •Expert Share: Referred Experts still receive their full 80% share; the 5% commission comes from the platform's portion
- •Payout: Referral earnings are paid out via Stripe Connect alongside expert payouts, subject to minimum payout thresholds
Important Terms
- •Self-referrals are prohibited. Creating multiple accounts to refer yourself will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earnings.
- •CallPayMin reserves the right to review and verify all referrals for compliance with these Terms.
- •Fraudulent referrals, spam, or misleading marketing practices will result in disqualification from the referral program and potential account suspension.
- •CallPayMin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time with 30 days notice to active participants.
- •Tax reporting for referral earnings is the responsibility of the referrer. CallPayMin will provide necessary tax documentation as required by law.
Platform Usage and Conduct
Acceptable Use
You May:
- Seek professional advice and guidance
- Share relevant information for consultations
- Provide honest feedback and ratings
- Report inappropriate behavior
- Use platform features as intended
You May Not:
- Engage in harassment or abuse
- Share confidential or proprietary information
- Attempt to circumvent payment systems
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Offer or request adult/sexual services
- Share explicit or inappropriate content
Prohibited Content & Services
CallPayMin is strictly a professional services platform. Any adult content, sexual services, or inappropriate material is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
This includes but is not limited to:
- •Adult entertainment or sexual services of any kind
- •Sexually explicit content, discussions, or materials
- •Dating, escort, or companion services
- •Content involving minors in any inappropriate context
- •Any content that violates local, state, or federal laws
Zero Tolerance Policy: Violations will result in immediate and permanent account termination, forfeiture of any pending payments, and potential legal action. We actively monitor for prohibited content and report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.

Intellectual Property Rights
CallPayMin Property
All content, branding, technology, and intellectual property used on the platform belong to CallPayMin and its licensors.

•Proprietary algorithms and methodologies
User Content Rights
You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us certain usage rights for platform operation.

•Any uploaded materials or documents
Usage Restrictions
Prohibited Actions:
- • Copying or reproducing platform content
- • Creating derivative works without permission
- • Reverse engineering platform technology
- • Using CallPayMin branding without authorization

- • Account termination and legal action
- • Damage claims for intellectual property infringement
- • Injunctive relief to stop unauthorized use
- • Criminal prosecution where applicable

CallPayMin is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability
CallPayMin's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law:
Excluded Damages:

- • Data loss or corruption
- • Emotional distress or mental anguish
- • Punitive or exemplary damages
Maximum Liability:
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to CallPayMin in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
AI Assistant and Data Processing
CallPayMin provides an AI-powered chat assistant to help users navigate the platform, find experts, and get answers to common questions. By using the AI assistant, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Third-Party Processing
Your chat messages and limited account information (account type, display name, current activity context) are sent to third-party AI service providers including Cerebras, Anthropic, and OpenAI to generate responses. Only one provider processes each individual request.
Consent
You will be asked for explicit consent before using the AI assistant for the first time. You may decline and continue using all other platform features without restriction.
Data Protection
Sensitive financial information such as payment details, card numbers, and earnings breakdowns are never sent to AI providers. Chat history is stored locally on your device and can be cleared at any time.
AI Limitations
AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, or financial advice. Accuracy is not guaranteed. Third-party AI providers are bound by their own privacy policies and process your data solely to generate responses.
Account Termination and Suspension
Grounds for Termination
Immediate Termination:
- • Violation of terms of service
- • Fraudulent or illegal activities
- • Harassment or abusive behavior
- • Security breaches or hacking attempts
- • Circumventing platform safeguards
Warning and Suspension:
- • Minor policy violations
- • Quality issues (experts only)
- • Payment-related problems
- • Inappropriate but non-harmful conduct
Termination Process
User-Initiated:
- • Account deletion through settings
- • 30-day grace period for reactivation
- • Data retention per privacy policy
- • Final payment processing
Platform-Initiated:
- • Notice provided when possible
- • Opportunity for appeal (non-legal violations)
- • Account data handled per policy
- • Outstanding payments settled
Important: Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations and intellectual property restrictions.
