General Billing & Payments
Available Session Credit
Add payment method to your account via credit/debit card. Minimum payment authorization is $5. Your session credit is used across all call types.
Secure Payments
All payments are processed through our PCI-compliant payment provider. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Encrypted end to end.
Expert Payouts
Experts request payouts from their earnings page ($10 minimum). Payouts are reviewed by admin and transferred to your bank account via Airwallex (US) or Wise (other countries).
