After 60 seconds, you're billed at the expert's per-minute rate

80% goes to the expert, 20% platform fee
Charges are deducted from your prepaid balance
If your balance runs out, the call ends gracefully

General Billing & Payments
Prepaid Balance
Add funds to your account via credit/debit card. Minimum top-up is $5. Your balance is used across all call types.
Secure Payments
All payments are processed through Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers. PCI-compliant and encrypted.
Expert Payouts
Experts request payouts from their earnings page ($25 minimum). Payouts are reviewed by admin and transferred via Stripe or Wise.
