How to delete your CallPayMin account
You can permanently delete your account yourself, anytime, from the CallPayMin mobile app or on the web. Follow the steps for whichever you're using.
This is permanent
Deleting your account will:
- Signs you out immediately and disables login
- Removes your profile from public directories
- Cancels any active subscriptions
- Stops all future charges and payments
- Permanently deletes your personal data within 30 days
On the mobile app (iOS & Android)

Open the app & sign in
Launch the CallPayMin app and make sure you are logged in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Settings
Tap the Settings tab (profile / gear icon).

Open Privacy & Security
In Settings, tap “Privacy & Security.”

Tap Delete Account
Select “Delete Account” and review what deletion does and your account details.

Confirm your choice
Tap “I Want to Delete My Account,” then type DELETE (all capitals) in the confirmation box.

Finish
Tap the delete button. You will see “Account Deletion Requested,” tap OK, and you are signed out immediately.

Sign in at callpaymin.io
Log in to the account you want to delete.

Open your account settings
Go to Settings → Security, or your account menu.

Click Delete Account
Choose “Delete Account,” or go directly to callpaymin.io/settings/delete-account.

Confirm your choice
Click “I Want to Delete My Account,” then type DELETE (all capitals) in the confirmation box.

Finish
Click the delete button to submit. Your account is disabled right away and you are signed out.

What happens after you confirm
Your account is disabled immediately and your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. A small amount of financial data must be retained to meet legal and tax obligations:
Retained for legal compliance
- Tax records (1099 forms, invoices) — up to 7 years
- Audit trails for completed payments
- Dispute-resolution records
Before you delete
If you're an expert with earnings, request your payout first — deletion closes the account. And if your goal is just to stop paying, you don't have to delete: switch your availability to offline, remove your payment method, or cancel a subscription from your payment settings instead, and your profile and history stay intact in case you come back.
