What is CallPayMin Work?
CallPayMin Work is the hiring and tracked-work experience within CallPayMin, operated by CallPayMin LLC. Clients post jobs, review applications, agree on a rate and collaborate through work sessions using their existing CallPayMin account.
Can I hire someone for a small technical task?
You can post a defined task such as a website update, bug investigation or code review. Describe the expected result and discuss scope, rate and availability with applicants before hiring. Availability and completion time depend on the expert and task.
How are work sessions charged?
Work charges use the agreed per-minute rate and elapsed billable time. Charges are normally processed at five-minute intervals, with remaining unbilled time settled at the end. This processing interval is not a five-minute price unit. Optional video use can add a separate charge.
Do screenshots prove the work is correct?
No. Time and activity records help you review a session. Agree on deliverables and acceptance criteria, and review the actual work before deciding that the task is complete.
Does CallPayMin Work replace global payroll or employer-of-record services?
CallPayMin Work focuses on hiring for tasks, collaboration and session billing. It is not presented as an employer-of-record or global payroll service. Employers and contractors should assess their own contracting and employment obligations.
When does an expert receive a bank payout?
Earnings recorded in your account are separate from a bank payout. Experts request a payout from their available balance, subject to the minimum shown in the dashboard, verification and admin approval. Transfer availability and arrival time depend on the payout method, country and bank. A completed session does not mean funds have arrived in your bank account.
